Sid Meier's Civilization VI

It is finally here, so let's talk about it.

Sid Meier's Civilization VI is a "Grand Strategy" game that allows players to take the role of many nation's leaders from all throughout history. Starting from the very beginning of man's history you advance along side other leaders to the age of space travel, at which an end game goal is often reached. There are a few ways to win, those including Domination, Religious, Cultural, Time, Score and Science. All of which has its very own condition.

This is not the first game Sid Meier has produced, A list can be found here: Link

Obviously, the list shows that this is not his first endeavor, nor his last. With that stated, I'd like to say that it was both a disappointment and great excitement to finally play this new game.

Firstly, the graphics were a beautiful update from a realistic view to a more cartoon-ish and minimalist view. I very much enjoyed this new look, but this was much of all the game had to offer that was new. The religious victory, a few new leaders and a new way to research cultures. Other than this, not much had changed from Sid Meier's Civilization V, which I was not happy about. Even though gameplay has not altered much, I would still recommend it for new and old players.

Now that you've heard what I had to say, let's take a look at some other creators opinions:

Thanks for the read, Internet, good talk and farewell.

What is This?

I go to a high school that allows me to take college classes while in high school over the course of five years.

The extra year of high school is what causes a lot of people to not want to sign up. It takes good grades and good writing skills to even apply to the program. The fifth year that students spend in high school is to acquire an Associates of Science, Associates of Arts, and Associates of Engineering. All in all, very worth it

Through it all many people have asked how it works and what it is like and I just wanted to write about what makes the program and how the students, at least myself, live.

Please, ask questions! Anything you would like to know about anything!

I do apologize for the shorter post, I just wanted to add some more to the blog.

Thanks for the read, Internet, good talk and farewell.

Minecraft EULA Update

Recently Minecraft's creators, Mojang, updated their End User License Agreement, a EULA, a few weeks ago which caused a little bit of a stir among its many many players and server hosts.

Firstly, let's take a look at what the EULA actually states and what it means.

This is the section that has gotten everyone's Jimmy's rustled. It basically goes on to say that servers can no longer to make money off of their idea, but later states that they can but must do it in a very Mojang-friendly way. All that needs to be done is that the server can no longer provide in-game items for real life monetary values, they are basically trying to remove pay-to-win servers. I can understand that this is needed, even without being a player since the EULA update in 2014. Many servers can get unplayable due to the huge amount of people that use money to gain items like insanely power weapons and buffs to win unquestionably.

They're being very calm about their current blacklist wave, that will grow, because the shear number of people they unemployed and players they no longer have to which they have to decide, "Is this worth the hassle?" and decide to continue. I, for one, believe that they should continue because the huge number of servers that just make money for the sake of making money, they add YouTube personalities to their lineups and get huge player counts just so they may meet the YouTuber, they go to all these trials to get to the level of gear and base that the highers have, just to be knocked into place by a pay-to-win wall that requires them to pay 5 dollars to even match half of what the other user has to use.

The servers have had well over enough time to meet the requirements of the new EULA, but some have still not complied. One well known server GotPvP had its host Saito go on to say that, "[they] will not comply" because they require this unfair, "pay-to-enhance" gameplay to continue providing the service.

This is the only fair argument that anyone has made, that it is needed to maintain the hundreds, if not thousands of dollars that servers need to keep up and running, but servers can be paid for without having to give players unfair advantages by allowing them to get perks that are purely cosmetic, like Hypixel. This is something that Saito did not really agree with during his interview with KeemStar on DramaAlert.

Now, let's take a look at some of what larger YouTube creators have to say about this change,
